The police at Noordoewer arrested two men for having a large amount of “unexplained cash.” Hey, money is not safe on this continent. You put it in public coffers, politicians find it, you put it in banks, scammers and Hunters International find it, you put it in sofas, cleaners find it, talk about having nowhere to hide.
