What Is The Opposite Of Honourable?

I don’t know who told African leaders that you can’t be respected unless you have the title of doctor, honourable, etc. So how do we address those who will be former parliamentarians come 21 March?

What is the opposite of honourable? For those that went to verbosity/private school?
