Most Namibians of working age only have a secondary school certificate as their highest qualification.

These are nearly 550 000 individuals out of the total national labour force of about 1,8 million people of working age.

These figures were part of a range of statistics released by the Namibia Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA) profiling the population and labour force this week.

The working-age group, measured from ages 15 to 59 across both employed and potential labour force categories, shows that 294,807 individuals have only completed secondary school as their highest qualification.
