1. The circus at the City of Windhoek took a new twist this week after the Affirmative Repositioning movement councillor Ilse Keister moved a vote of no confidence in the management committee.
2. Former Landless People’s Movement (LPM) member Sidney Skakana says party leader Bernadus Swartbooi has evicted him from Swartbooi’s father’s farm, which is situated about 38 km outside Keetmanshoop. According to Skakana, Swarbooi was rude and constantly belittled him.
3. Witvlei residents earlier this morning again held demonstration calling for the shutdown of the village council claiming that the deputy minister of urban and rural development Natalie Goagoses failed to come to their rescue.
4.The ministry of agriculture is planning to build a N$35 million meat processing plant in Katima Mulilo, Zambezi region.
