1. Acting public enterprises and finance minister Iipumbu Shiimi has denied allegations that TransNamib is to be liquidated.
2. PDM parliamentarian Inna Hengari in the national assembly, urged President Hage Geingob to take a salary cut.
3. Sports minister Agnes Tjogarero says that concerns raised over allegations that the Namibia sports commission (NSC) pays its Chief administrator, Freddy Mwiya, twice her salary happened due to errors.
4.Five security guards stationed at Zambezi Waterfront employed by Chunga Ignatius Sikalumbu (CIS) security services could not afford basic needs this month and borrowed transit fares to work because they have not received their salaries for five months.
5.The Covid-19 vaccination campaign at schools has been launched in the Kavango East at Elias Neromba Secondary School where the region has recorded progress in vaccination of children.
